Pensjonat położony jest w samym centrum Karpacza, na niewielkiej gorce, w okolicy lasu. W odległości 50 m na stoku Kolorowa znajduje się centrum rekreacji i sportu - letni tor saneczkowy oraz alpejski tor bobslejowy a także trampoliny eurobangy. Zimą czynne są tu wyciągi narciarskie. Dysponujemy 55 miejscami noclegowymi w 16 ładnych, wyremontowanych pokojach.
